Preparation of Shahi Haleem:
1. Boil meat and crushed wheat-lentil mixture with water.
2. Stir in Haleem Masala and continue cooking, stirring constantly.
3. Slowly melt into a creamy mass.
4. The masala adds depth, warmth and traditional Shahi spice.
