Preparation (Spicy Potato Fry):

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

2. Add boiled potato cubes and sauté until lightly golden.

3. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Thikalal Hot Red Chilli Powder, turmeric and salt.

4. Toss well and cook for 3–4 minutes until evenly coated.

5. Serve hot with rice, chapati or as a side dish.
