Tikka Boti Masala

Ingredients: Paprika, chili, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, salt. May contain traces of mustard and celery.

Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 1208 kJ/289 kcal, Fat: 7.6 g, of which saturates: 1.3 g, Carbohydrates: 32.9 g, of which sugars: 3.3 g, Protein: 10.9 g, Salt: 18.1 g

Preparation:

1. Marinate 500g of meat cubes (e.g. chicken or lamb) with yogurt, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of masala.
2. Let rest for 1 hour and put on skewers.
3. Cook in the oven or on the grill at medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Seasoning: For a full-bodied flavor, use 2 tablespoons of masala per 500g of meat.
