Legal Name: Tikka Boti Masala.

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, Chilli, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Salt and other spices.

Preparation of Tikka Boti:
1. Marinate meat cubes with yoghurt, a little oil and 1–2 tablespoons of Tikka Boti Masala for at least 1 hour.
2. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers or place on a baking tray.
3. Grill, barbecue or bake until the meat is golden brown and fully cooked.
4. Serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges and mint chutney. Enjoy!
