Tikka Masala

Ingredients: Paprika, coriander, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili, table salt. May contain traces of celery and mustard.

Preparation of Tikka:
1. Marinate pieces of meat with yogurt and lemon juice.
2. Stir in tikka masala and mix well.
3. Let it rest for a few hours.
4. Thread onto skewers and grill or bake.
5. The finely balanced seasoning develops its aromas optimally during roasting.
6. Serve with chutney and flatbread. Enjoy your tikka!
