Chopped Spinach Can - Palak

Legal Name: Chopped Spinach (Palak).

Preparation (Palak Paneer):

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger and garlic until golden.

2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

3. Add the chopped spinach and simmer for 5–7 minutes.

4. Add paneer cubes, garam masala and salt to taste.

5. Cook for 3–4 minutes and serve hot with naan, roti or rice.
